Hello everyone and what a beautiful sun shiny day it is today !

The lovely people at Zaful.com was so kind to send me a couple of outfits for me to trend for Summer and to share with my lovely readers. I particularly love this Lemon print summer dress which one can style both for day and night.







I wanted to do something slightly different this time and with minor tweaks in the accessories, I took the dress from day to night. Throw on the heels, small top handle bag and dramatic statement jewelry and you have a more sophisticated look put together.

A perfect outfit for vacation, style this dress for day, replacing those heels with camel hue sandals and keeping jewelry to a minimum. I am so in love with pineapple designed jewelry this summer. Check out this funky pair of earrings from french designer " Balabooste".






I must admit the dress was a little short for me but still worked out perfectly for Summer ( sneaked a pair of shorts underneath).

Hi everyone,

After weeks of unpacking and settling into a new routine, I finally managed to take some time off to visit the Singapore Art Museum recently with my son as there was a children's exhibition ongoing at the moment.

Being housed in an old building I loved the architecture of the museum and had to take some outfit shots to highlight in my post.



Am back to trending drop earrings this summer. Found this pretty palm leaf patterned pair at Lovisa!


The art installations were very captivating but I  particularly liked the one from Mary Bernadette Lee (Singapore) entitled " Wanderland". If I could redo a baby's nursery this would be what I would have liked the nursery to look like!


These pretty fabric lanterns reminds me so much of the globe and it was like looking through to the unknown!

Back to the outfit, I had styled this pair of comfy cuffed pants last Summer when I was holidaying in Florida ( check out the post here). Unfortunately with the move this year, we could not head out to see family for summer but will hopefully do so over Christmas.


I love the slouchiness of this pair of pants and it is perfect for the hot summer weather - given I had so many " war wounds" from the move and my legs were so badly scratched up. I was just too embarrass to be trending anything above the knee.

This summer,  I have seen many cute white crop top outfits trending. I love the colour white and for summer, crop tops are the rage at the moment in various styles - frills, ruffles, peek-a-boo, cold shoulder, toga and even some with a sporty edge.

And for the evenings, whilst velvet has been a popular winter option, I believe bringing velvet across to trend in Summer would be a nice change. A stylish red velvet dress would be a unique evening choice for Summer.

Happy midweek everyone.

Finally! Unpacked all 147 boxes that arrived from Hong Kong and it's just been a crazy mad 2 weeks. As I slowly settle into a new routine and get everything organised and in order, here's a quick midweek post to pick up the pace and get myself back into action.

Many of you would have noticed that I have slowed down considerably over the last few weeks... trust me I wish I had more time but it's not easy with this move. I hope all will be back on track again from now on.






Now if I can share a little secret with you. I have not been watching TV for the longest time - just had not had the time in Hong Kong with work and blogging and all. But since I am stuck at home now for most of the day, with the move and before I perhaps head back to the workforce again... I have had the TV on whilst I am busy ironing and doing the housework and got hooked on a particular reality TV show from the US.

" Married at First Sight" had been around since 2014 but I only just discovered it and boy... am I hooked!! Its a nice change from having to do crafts and prepare songs and story puppets although I do miss working with my kindy kids so much!



So the reason I brought this up was that watching the very first pilot series - Jamie (one of the wives on the show) had such great style and I love her lip colours and funky accessories. Often I am more crazy about accessories and fashion than makeup itself but this time I am badly wanting to go out and get all the lip colours she's been trending. And so here is the first of the light pinks she has been wearing. I love it!!




Before I sign off, please excuse the state of my nails ( chipped and broken) due to all that unpacking... but not to worry - the diva is back on track and I have got them all fixed now. It was hard ... let me tell ya!
